- 4 or 5 carrots, peeled and cut into pieces
- 200g (1 pack) of Halloumi cheese, cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1\4 bunch of fresh coriander, chopped
- 1\4 cup Paka olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation steps
Clean and peel the carrots. Chop them into approximately 2 cm-sized pieces and set them aside. Cube the Halloumi cheese and keep it aside.
In a pan, heat half of the specified amount of olive oil. Begin by cooking the carrots until they are partially cooked, around 2 to 5 minutes..
