Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 40g (3 tablespoons) sugar
- 60g (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
- 60 ml (1/4 tasse) d’huile d’olive Paka
- 115g (4 oz) dark chocolate, chopped
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- 50g (1/3 cup) unbleached all-purpose flour
Toppings
- A scoop of chocolate ice cream
- A drizzle of Paka olive oil
- A pinch of high-quality fleur de sel

Preparation steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Beat eggs and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
Melt unsalted butter and Paka olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Add chopped dark chocolate and stir until smooth.
Remove the chocolate mixture from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
Gradually combine the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture, stirring continuously until well blended.
Sift all-purpose flour into the batter and gently fold until smooth.
Grease a baking dish and pour the batter into it.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set but the center remains slightly gooey.
